Terms of Service

By creating a merchant account, publishing a listing, or sending an enquiry you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use Bulk Aura on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.

Bulk Aura is a place where merchants publish product listings and buyers send enquiries about them. That is all it does. We do not sell goods, take payment, hold money, arrange delivery, or act as an agent, broker or inspector for anyone. There is no commission and no checkout.

Any agreement you reach is between buyer and merchant alone, negotiated and settled directly, outside this platform. Bulk Aura is not a party to that agreement and does not supervise it.

While the marketplace is being prepared for launch, some supplier profiles, products and enquiries on the site are sample test data created by us. They are not real merchants or real buyers.

• you must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract;
• the service is for businesses and professional buyers, not for personal shopping;
• everything you give us must be true and current, and you must update it when it changes;
• one merchant account per company, used only by you — never share your password or let others act as you.

After signing up you create a company profile and list products. Our team reviews each profile before it becomes visible to buyers, and approval is not automatic. We may approve, reject or later withdraw approval if the details are wrong, incomplete or misleading.

You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the accuracy of your profile — including your GST number, contact details and business type. A listed GST number must be valid and belong to your business.

• only list products you are genuinely able to supply, and keep price range, minimum order quantity and availability honest;
• use only photos and descriptions you own or have permission to use, and that show the actual product;
• no duplicate, misleading, out-of-stock, or bait-and-switch listings;
• switch a listing off or delete it as soon as it is no longer accurate — hidden and deleted listings stop showing to buyers immediately.

Buyers see approved company profiles and active listings. What you publish is public, so think before adding a personal mobile number or an internal address you would rather keep private.

An enquiry is a buyer’s request for information, pricing or availability. It is not an order, a contract, a booking, a reservation or a promise to buy, and sending one creates no obligation on either side.

Merchants see enquiries in their dashboard and reply directly, usually by phone. Before paying anyone, a buyer should verify the supplier independently — ask for samples, check the GST number and address, agree written terms and payment conditions, and keep your own records. Bulk Aura keeps only the enquiry message, not the deal that follows.

• give a real name and phone number so the supplier can reply;
• send genuine enquiries for products you actually intend to source;
• do not spam, duplicate or send bulk or automated enquiries, and do not collect suppliers’ contact details for resale or marketing;
• do not impersonate a company or misrepresent your quantity or intent.

Please do not use the site to:

• offer goods that are illegal, counterfeit, hazardous without proper authorisation, or regulated items such as weapons, narcotics, prescription drugs, tobacco or protected wildlife products;
• infringe someone’s trademark, copyright, patent or design;
• post content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene or an invasion of someone’s privacy;
• run any automated scraper, crawler or bot that pulls listings, prices or supplier contacts out of the site, or that overloads it;
• interfere with the site, probe its security, upload malware, or try to access another account’s data;
• impersonate Bulk Aura, our staff, or a government body, or claim we endorse or verify a supplier beyond the approval mark we show;
• use the platform to take a buyer off-site for fraud, fake reviews, or false competition.

You keep ownership of the text, prices and photos you publish. By publishing them you give Bulk Aura a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, display, and share them with buyers — including on company and product pages and in search results — for as long as the listing is live.

Removing a listing or deleting your account withdraws that permission. Copies may briefly remain in search-engine caches and system backups, which is normal and not a continuing licence.

Product photos are stored privately and shown to buyers through temporary links, so a photo is not openly downloadable from our storage. You still need the rights to what you upload.

We do not promise to monitor every listing or enquiry, but we can act at any time. Our team may ask you to correct or remove content, hide or delete a listing, reject or withdraw a company’s approval, limit features, or suspend or close an account — with or without notice, and without a refund of anything, because listings are free.

We may also remove content that breaks these terms, our rules, or the law, and we may keep records of abuse so it is not repeated.

Parts of the service depend on others: Google runs sign-in for the “Continue with Google” option, and providers host our database, photos and account emails. Each has its own terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for what a merchant or buyer does after an enquiry is sent, for deals made offline, for quality or delivery of goods, or for any other website the site links to.

The site is provided “as it is” and “as it is available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any merchant will reply, or that you will receive enquiries, orders or sales. Listings and company claims come from merchants, not from us, and approval of a profile is not a quality warranty or a background check.

To the widest extent the law allows, Bulk Aura is not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data, lost deals, or for goods, payments or disputes between a buyer and a merchant. Our total responsibility for anything arising from these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us or nothing — and you use the free service at your own risk.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If you list products, you agree to cover Bulk Aura’s reasonable costs and losses if someone makes a claim against us because of your listings, photos, company details, or your use of the site — for example an infringement or false-advertising complaint. Tell us promptly at the email below if you receive such a claim.

You may stop using Bulk Aura at any time and ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections on content ownership, moderation, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue to apply after you leave.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will email account holders about changes that matter before they take effect. Continuing to list products or send enquiries after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India will decide any dispute that cannot be settled between us. If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Questions about these terms, a listing you believe breaks them, or a supplier you think is misleading: email support@bulkaura.org. Say what the issue is and which listing or enquiry it concerns; we aim to reply within 30 days and will act faster where a listing is clearly harmful or unlawful.
